When starting a blog, the emptiness of a site can be daunting.  I have to remind myself over and over it will take time to write and post all the stuff I have in my head.  That being said, I wanted to give you an idea of what you can expect when visiting KathyGWrites.com.

I’m currently working on my bachelors in Creative Writing and am part of a few different writing platforms.  Working on my degree has given me some great insight and reminders of how to better and work my craft.  I want to create a space for discussion around these ideas with fellow writers.

Life

Life is - a journey, a destination, a purpose, a game, like jazz, like football.  The ways to describe our time on earth can be described in numerous ways.  I’ll take some time to describe my own life to you and the lessons learned along the way.

Misc.

Books – paper, audio and sometimes an e-reader, books are a big part of my life.  Food – I love trying new recipes and am happy to let you know which ones work and which don’t.  Along with all the other random stuff that I love.
